Troop 28 was re-established in November 1993.  The Troop was organized by parents to provide a quality scouting experience for their scouts.  The aims of the troop are the same as those established by BSA which is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.  In addition, the Troop will work with the scouts to build character and moral strength, foster citizenship and develop physical, mental and emotional fitness.
