Prior to any campout or event, a permission must be obtained for each scout in attendance. The Permission Slip form can be downloaded at any time.
Each year scouts need to have a physical and have a completed Medical Form on file. This form is required before attending summer camp or the like. The medical form can be downloaded at any time.
