Good Turn for America (http://www.goodturnforamerica.org/) is a long term effort by the Boy Scouts of America to encourage and record good turn projects done in our communities. As scouts participate in a Good Turn with the pack, they earn the Good Turn Patch. The first Good Turn they earn completes the circle center patch. For every year after, they receive a Rocker for that year. You can only earn the circle patch once, and the rocker once per year.
- A scout has to earn the circle patch for one Good Turn before earning the rocker years.
- The second Good Turn, the scout earns the rocker for the year.
- In subsequent years, the scout has already earned the circle patch, so one pack Good Turn earns him the rocker for that year.
- IF THAT SCOUT has already earned the Circle Patch AND the Rocker for the year, we will give out a segment patch for that pack activity.
