2 29oz Cans / Jars of Peaches
1 Stick Butter
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Milk

Combine all dry ingredients
Melt butter in LARGE Dutch Oven over coals
Add milk and vanilla to dry ingredients and whisk well to combine
Pour batter into Dutch Oven
Pour peaches on top
Cover lid and place coals on top
Cook 20-30 minutes

Check often until batter is baked

1 1/2 Cup water
1/4 Cup cocoa powder
1 Cup light brown sugar
1 10 oz bag minitiature marshmallows
1 Chocolate cake mix (prepare as directed)
6 oz semi-sweet chocoloate chips

Line bottom and sides of Dutch oven with heavy foil
Mix water, cocoa powder and brown sugar together
Pour mixture into the Dutch oven
Spread marshmallows evenly over mixture in Dutch oven
Pour prepared chocolate cake mix over marshmallows

Cover oven and bake using 12-16 briquettes on the bottom and 14-16 briquettes on the top

Cooking:

1. Bake 30 minutes
2. Sprinkle chocolate chips over cake batter
3. Bake another 30 minutes or until cake batter seems cooked

Serve warm with whipped cream or cool whip
