I signed my son up for Cub Scouts. What's next?
Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you need to help your scout have fun and be successful as a Cub Scout. And there is A LOT of information out there.
After all, at it's heart, Cub Scouts is about having Fun with a Purpose.
A Parent's Role in Cub Scouts
Your role as a parent in your scouts experience is essential. Children want to join Cub Scouts because its fun. They get to play games (fun with a purpose), make friends, learn cool stuff, go camping and do other outdoor activities. Scouts stay in Cub Scouts because it creates an opportunity for them to spend quality time with you.
You can help your Scout along his journey by helping him learn and practice Cub Scouting's core values, The Scout Oath, The Scout Law, and the Cub Scout Motto.
