All parents are encouraged to complete the online 'Youth Protection Training' (YPT).  Simply go to my.scouting.org, create a username and password, then complete the Youth Protection Training, and print out your certificate.

For Scouts interested in joining Cub Scout Pack 90, you can either click on this application link, or fill out the application that be downloaded from the attachments section of this page.  There you can also find the Adult Leader Application.

For Scouts and Parents that plan to attend an overnight outing, you will need to fill out Medical Form Part A and Part B.  These be found in the attachments of this page or at scouting.org
