Cub Scout Pack 311 is chartered by Saint Vincent Basilica Parish in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
We are part of the Westmoreland-Fayette Council of the Boy Scouts of America and located in the Laurel Hills District.
Pack Meetings are Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm during the school year (September to June).
We meet at St. Vincent Grove.

Our Pack consists of both boys and girls.
