THANK YOU!!! Christmas tree recycling fundraiser

The boys of Boy Scout Troop 215 Fair Oaks would like to thank everyone who helped make our 2019 Christmas Tree fundraiser a success.

Special thanks go out to our Troop leaders Eric and Anita Aarnio, Mr. Wally Payne, Sandy Norton, to all the parents who drove trucks pulling trailers, to all the parents bringing lunch to us behind Sunrise Mall, to Sunrise Mall for letting us use their parking lot, to all the Cub Scouts who helped stomp Christmas trees, to Fair Oaks United Methodist Church for giving us space to store the trees, and mostly to all of our faithful customers, many of whom call us year after year (and donate even if they have a fake tree); we can't thank you enough!

Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 215

Boy scouting is a year-round program that emphasizes leadership, community, character development, citizenship, growth, fitness
and most of all FUN!  The program is designed for boys in the 5th thru 12th grade, or 11 thru 18 years old.
If your boy is younger than 11 years of age, he can join Cub Scout Pack 215; for more information on Pack 215, click here.

Troop 215 allows the Boy Scouts to run their program with guidance from adults.
Troop 215 is an active Boy Scout group in that we typically do one camping trip / event one weekend per month.

Our Troop Meetings are typically held at 7pm every Monday at:
United Methodist Church
9849 Fair Oaks Blvd
Fair Oaks, CA 95628

If you're interested, give us a call or email or come join us at our weekly meeting.

Troop 215 is part of the Golden Empire Council's Pony Express District

What do Boy Scouts do?

Here are just a few samples of the fun things Troop 215 Scouts do during the scouting year.

Camping - Hiking - Canoeing - Archery - Swimming - Sports - Woodworking, Community Service, and much, much more!!!

But even more importantly, while doing these activities, Boy Scouts learn how to do their best, how to help others and why it's important to do so, how to take care of the environment and why it's important, how to be a good citizen, how to organize events, how to cook, how to collaborate, how to lead, how to follow, how to cooperate with others, how to plan events, patience with others, and much, much more.

The best way to help your young man become the type of man you want is to invest time in him and with him.

Boy Scouts will help you and your son accomplish these goals, all while having a lot of fun.
