Cub Scouts is a year around family-oriented program for 1st through 5th grade boys.  There are 2-3 den meetings a month and 1 pack meeting a month.  Pack 290 is very active with monthly pack outings.        Pack activities in the past years include:

Pack meetings are at Kit Carson Elementary Usually 3rd Friday of the month 3530 W 147th St. Hawthorne, CA 90250 Please confirm location and time before showing up (Meetings are in Auditorium located on the corner of 147th and Yukon in gated parking area) Typical Den Meeting Schedule (2-3 times per month) Lion - Tuesday (Only 1 meeting per month is required) Tiger - Tuesday Wolf - Tuesday Bear - Tuesday Jr. Webelos - Tuesday Sr. Webelos - Tuesday Please confirm locations and time before showing up Pack 290 is part of the Thunderbird District in the BSA  Greater Los Angeles Area Council
