All Girls must have a
2014-2015 Girl Membership Form and
new Girl Health History.
All Adults who plan to come to participate in any activities or meetings must be registered as an 2015 adult member(
2014-2015 Adult Membership Form)We have to have all adults registered at events for Insurance purposes. Adults must also complete an
Adult Health HistoryVolunteers- If you are willing to Volunteer this year ( help with events) you will need to complete a
Volunteer Application and a
Background Check Authorization Form.
If you are willing to Drive other Scouts you will need to fill out the
Volunteer Driver formTroop Leaders need to Fill out the
2014-2015 Leader Form.Registration fee for this year is $15.00

Troop Dues for this year will be $30.00
If this is your first year with the troop you will need to buy the Uniform Vest. You only have to purchase one uniform if you stay with our troop, as your girl ages up we give them the new vest and patches. To help parents and to save shipping we will order them for you.
